After having played for 18 minutes, Silvio Rey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rustic Team F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvio Rey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Rustic Team F.C booed when Urquiza F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rosendo Conrao didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvio Rey got free with Marcial Egoi in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cayetano Guillelmus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruperto Phelipe in the 45th minute of the match. Rustic Team F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvio Rey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hector Heli hit a great ball. 80 minutes had been played when some careless play by Urquiza F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lucio Mino was slow to take the kick. During this time Rustic Team F.C's players had a chance to rest. 82 minutes into the match, Rustic Team F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Mon came free, but Cayetano Guillelmus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Urquiza F.C.'s zone, Isidoro Odol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcial Egoi came out of the goal and Isidoro Odol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Isidoro Odol came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Rustic Team F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidoro Odol couldn't finish the play. Urquiza F.C.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
