An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavino Euloxu in the 4th minute of play forced Real Madrid's goalkeeper Ambrosio Pello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 4th minute, Gavino Euloxu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ambrosio Pello was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Gustavo Inguma struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Ambrosio Pello didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Temperley. Eustaquio Fortun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Real Madrid's Ambrosio Pello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Inguma in the 15th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustavo Inguma in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ambrosio Pello prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Lisandro Bartoli fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Temperley's protests and gave Lisandro Bartoli a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th minute, Lisandro Bartoli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Braulio Fliz was a little too slow when Alejo Asier got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 1-1. 23 minutes into the match, Real Madrid's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Inguma came free, but Ambrosio Pello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustavo Inguma blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ambrosio Pello having to make a save. Lisandro Bartoli was shown his second yellow card after 26 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Alejo Asier received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Braulio Fliz came out and tried to block the shot, but Alejo Asier slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 32nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gavino Euloxu in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Cristo Manex received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Braulio Fliz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gustavo Inguma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 41 minutes into the match, Real Madrid's goal looked a bit too open when Gavino Euloxu came free, but Ambrosio Pello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Gustavo Inguma got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gavino Euloxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 52nd play minute Gavino Euloxu came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ambrosio Pello. 2-2. Ambrosio Pello dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Ambrosio Pello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Inguma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 64 minutes into the game, one of Real Madrid:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 66th minute there was a penalty for Temperley. Rodolfo Guzman stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ambrosio Pello. 2-4. In the 69th minute, Cristo Manex got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Esteban Hitz took a quick shot and it went in 2-5 without a chance for Ambrosio Pello to make any attempt to save it. Amadeo Telesforo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Ambrosio Pello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gavino Euloxu got free with Ambrosio Pello in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Gavino Euloxu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Temperley's Gavino Euloxu in 86 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Ambrosio Pello guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Gavino Euloxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amadeo Telesforo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 92 minutes into the game, Genaro Ihintza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Madrid's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Temperley the free kick. In the 92nd minute, Genaro Ihintza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Braulio Fliz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristo Manex in the 95th minute of the match. Braulio Fliz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristo Manex's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. Real Madrid's Alejo Asier got a good chance for a goal in the 99th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Genaro Ihintza hit a great freekick 101 minutes into the match.
