Thanks to some nice moves Fabian Sugoi could shoot a difficult shot in the 85th minute, which Marciano Fiz however easily saved by the left post. Aurelio Mingo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erubiel Vincente went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind estudiantes de la plata's goalkeeper Aurelio Mingo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marciano Fiz didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 92nd minute, which inside left pole to 2-2. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
