Celedonio Lixandro's late challenge caught a SSC Napoli's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabian Gorbea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hugo-Ernesto Gottardi in the 61st minute. Felipe Lamberto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tom Du Sausois was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tom Du Sausois showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saturnino Cordeal in the 85th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, SSC Napoli's goal looked a bit too open when Saverio Inge came free, but Tom Du Sausois reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Damaso Kiliz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Gorbea having to interfere. When Hugo-Ernesto Gottardi came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the SSC Napoli fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo-Ernesto Gottardi couldn't finish the play.
