Felipe Pacorro's late challenge caught a Freud FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felipe Pacorro helped the player get up and apologised. Canque AFC's Vinicio Darien proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Canque AFC from getting a goal against them. 5 minutes into the game, Isidoro Onofre was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Freud FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Canque AFC the free kick. After 5 played minutes Freud FC got a freekick which was hit by Isidoro Onofre. When Honorato Eduino fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Canque AFC's protests and gave Honorato Eduino a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Canque AFC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Honorato Eduino hit a great ball. Fabio Marcones charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabio Marcones the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Freud FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Fabio Marcones hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Freud FC's zone, Honorato Eduino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paolo Cesaro came out of the goal and Honorato Eduino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Honorato Eduino struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Paolo Cesaro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canque AFC. Canque AFC's Nunez Gorri couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 19th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Freud FC. Canque AFC's Honorato Eduino got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Alejandro Bernat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honorato Eduino in the 27th minute of play forced Freud FC's goalkeeper Paolo Cesaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paolo Cesaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Bernat, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Alejandro Bernat managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canque AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alejandro Bernat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paolo Cesaro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Freud FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Cornelio Fidencio hit a great ball. After 41 minutes, Cornelio Fidencio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Freud FC and the Canque AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 41st minute, Cornelio Fidencio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Alejandro Bernat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Honorato Eduino to strike the kick off in the second half. When Igor Acevedo came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Freud FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Igor Acevedo couldn't finish the play. Canque AFC's Vinicio Darien played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Onofre in the 55th minute of play. In the 58th minute Honorato Eduino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paolo Cesaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alejandro Bernat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Igor Acevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute, Honorato Eduino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Honorato Eduino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vinicio Darien made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Acevedo in the 78th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Gabriel Ordono hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Igor Acevedo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vinicio Darien having to make a save. The supporters of Freud FC booed when Canque AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Pacorro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
