The referee ignored Haase's protests and gave Serafino Montxo a yellow card for diving instead. After 13 minutes of play, Haase's Angel Gonzalez made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabian Artizar was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Haase's Tomás Quintin got a free kick in the 16th minute. If Donato Ladio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Haase getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Maximino Senio hit a great ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 32 minutes into the game, when Edgard Txurio put in a rough tackle. In the 31st minute, one of Haase:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Haase. 37 minutes in the game, Remigio Tajo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Remigio Eron having to interfere. After having played for 39 minutes, Donato Ladio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A. Bernal Oeste's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donato Ladio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anibal Ramirez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Angel Gonzalez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Fabian Artizar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Remigio Tajo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remigio Eron having to interfere. The C.A. Bernal Oeste players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Haase were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Remigio Tajo made a kick off. C.A. Bernal Oeste's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aquiles Ramone in the 55th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Remigio Tajo heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 57th minute Remigio Tajo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigio Eron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Remigio Eron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remigio Tajo in the 59th minute of the match. C.A. Bernal Oeste's Donato Ladio got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 63rd minute, Anibal Ramirez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Donato Ladio might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Remigio Eron. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Donato Ladio ran back to his position shaking his head. Remigio Eron didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Donato Ladio went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Donato Ladio scored 2-1 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Remigio Eron, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Donato Ladio came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the C.A. Bernal Oeste fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Donato Ladio couldn't finish the play. After 80 played minutes C.A. Bernal Oeste got a freekick which was hit by Emilio Phelipe. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Haase's goalkeeper Remigio Eron, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 87 minutes, Remigio Tajo made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Haase's Remigio Eron tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Donato Ladio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
