Donato Ladio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iker Steven read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Bernal Oeste fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Donato Ladio couldn't finish the play. Iker Steven didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anibal Ramirez went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Anibal Ramirez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iker Steven having to interfere. The supporters of C.A. Bernal Oeste booed when Santiago del Estero F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anibal Roano didn't get a good kick on the ball.
