When Honorato Rumaldo got free in front of the goal in the 14th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Vinicio Erlantz was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Ovidio Vergaray might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vinicio Erlantz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ovidio Vergaray ran back to his position shaking his head. Honorato Rumaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Ovidio Vergaray's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vinicio Erlantz was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Honorato Rumaldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Vinicio Erlantz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Fernan Ishmael fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Altobillo FC's protests and gave Fernan Ishmael a yellow card for diving instead. In the 28th match minute, Altobillo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernan Ishmael to maneuver through the defense. Altobillo FC's Vinicio Erlantz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorato Rumaldo in the 32nd minute of play. Ovidio Vergaray recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ovidio Vergaray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Honorato Rumaldo was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match Baltasar Hermelando sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Delmar Ariando skillfully saved the ball. Vinicio Erlantz was a little too slow when Honorato Rumaldo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 0-1. In the 72nd minute, Amancio Micael hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Honorato Rumaldo hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Eloy Bertran struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Delmar Ariando didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Altobillo FC. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the WISGOTHS players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
