The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paulino Bela was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Donato Ladio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A. In the 92nd match minute, C.A. Bernal Oeste was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remigio Tajo to maneuver through the defense. When Remigio Tajo got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for C.A. Bernal Oeste. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Empalme FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while C.A. Bernal Oeste had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
