The crowd rose to their feet as Mulcahy AFC's Lino Arnalt slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Delmar Ariando. That made the score 1-0 after 13 minutes of play. If Ovidio Vergaray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ismael Banegas hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Augusto Rosalio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmar Ariando having to interfere. Cristo Gentza hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. If Augusto Rosalio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute, Amancio Micael hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Norberto Javiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Honorato Rumaldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 42nd minute, Pedro Quirze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Mulcahy AFC's Elvio Tiadoro tried to score from far away in the 43rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 44th minute, Americo Osmundo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Honorato Rumaldo to strike the kick off in the second half. WISGOTHS's Honorato Rumaldo got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ismael Banegas charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ismael Banegas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Mulcahy AFC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Ismael Banegas hit a great ball. Norberto Javiar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honorato Rumaldo in the 57th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 61 minutes, Norberto Javiar successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Honorato Rumaldo struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Norberto Javiar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for WISGOTHS. Mulcahy AFC's Norberto Javiar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Mulcahy AFC from getting a goal against them. Ovidio Vergaray received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Norberto Javiar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Honorato Rumaldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd match minute, WISGOTHS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guido Errando to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Rosalio in the 85th minute of play forced WISGOTHS's goalkeeper Delmar Ariando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Mulcahy AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while WISGOTHS had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
