Gaudencio Abeijon charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaudencio Abeijon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Macho de la esquina fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 12th minute. Penalty! In the 14th minute there was a penalty for Racing Posadeño F.C.. Damaso Burni stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Rosendo Abaunza. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guaberto Ihintza in the 27th minute of play forced Racing Posadeño F.C.'s goalkeeper Isidoro Manny to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Valentin Oier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, Racing Posadeño F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Guaberto Ihintza came free, but Isidoro Manny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rosendo Abaunza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silverio Tiadoro in the 60th minute of the match. Guaberto Ihintza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Isidoro Manny made a huge save. In the 64th match minute, Racing Posadeño F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silverio Tiadoro to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Racing Posadeño F.C.'s Isidoro Manny got control of the ball when Guaberto Ihintza tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Isidoro Manny managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when Macho de la esquina's Guaberto Ihintza fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Isidoro Manny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinicio Serapio, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Racing Posadeño F.C.'s zone, Vinicio Serapio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isidoro Manny came out of the goal and Vinicio Serapio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Valentin Oier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Racing Posadeño F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Valentin Oier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rosendo Abaunza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Silverio Tiadoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silverio Tiadoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rosendo Abaunza having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Silverio Tiadoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isidoro Manny made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Guaberto Ihintza sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Racing Posadeño F.C. players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
