Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eugenio Goito started the match with the kick off. After 5 minutes, Siro Larra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sorocayense and the Lozano players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 5th minute, Siro Larra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Erasmo Paz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lozano's supporters rose to their feet, but Erasmo Paz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tadeo Sedeni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Luis Ranolfo came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Lozano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Ranolfo couldn't finish the play. If Rogelio Viator had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rogelio Viator sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raimundo Tiniebra took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tadeo Sedeni. Sorocayense's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Sorocayense's goal looked a bit too open when Andres Cutberto came free, but Tadeo Sedeni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tadeo Sedeni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugenio Goito in the 25th minute of play. Igor Martxelin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Igor Martxelin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rogelio Viator received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Severo Peruanton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Efrain Chaime had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raimundo Tiniebra hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Nemesio Napier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Sorocayense's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Eugenio Goito 57 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. Rogelio Viator's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Severo Peruanton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. If Efrain Chaime had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Andres Cutberto could shoot a difficult shot in the 68th minute, which Tadeo Sedeni however easily saved by the left post. Efrain Chaime received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Severo Peruanton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severo Peruanton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Efrain Chaime, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Eugenio Goito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eugenio Goito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeo Sedeni having to interfere. After 86 played minutes Sorocayense got a freekick which was hit by Igor Martxelin. Sorocayense were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
