Spectators: 7310 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 145) In the 3rd minute of the match Marcelo Cordearo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ceferino Eufrasio skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rogelio Viator in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ceferino Eufrasio saved Talita from getting behind. In the 9th match minute, Talita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natalio Platon to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Rogelio Viator sped through Talita's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ceferino Eufrasio. Ceferino Eufrasio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogelio Viator, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Natalio Platon kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rogelio Viator in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ceferino Eufrasio saved Talita from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Talita's zone, Igor Martxelin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ceferino Eufrasio came out of the goal and Igor Martxelin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ceferino Eufrasio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogelio Viator in the 28th minute of play. After 30 minutes, Leonardo Natal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Talita and the Sorocayense players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Talita's Leonardo Natal got a free kick in the 31st minute. 34 minutes into the match, Sorocayense's goalkeeper Tadeo Sedeni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Celestino Eleder. Tadeo Sedeni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Celestino Eleder in the 39th minute. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Anier Fernado took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Tadeo Sedeni to make any attempt to save it. Anier Fernado struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Tadeo Sedeni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Talita. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anier Fernado made a kick off. Sorocayense's Tadeo Sedeni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anier Fernado in the 52nd minute of play. Rogelio Viator struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Ceferino Eufrasio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sorocayense. Igor Martxelin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ceferino Eufrasio having to interfere. In the 67th minute Anier Fernado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeo Sedeni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Talita booed when Sorocayense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nemesio Napier didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute, Sorocayense's Rogelio Viator ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ceferino Eufrasio. Ceferino Eufrasio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. After 81 played minutes, Sorocayense's Marcelo Cordearo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ceferino Eufrasio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sorocayense reached it. Igor Martxelin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Ceferino Eufrasio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th minute of the match Marcelo Cordearo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ceferino Eufrasio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Igor Martxelin came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Sorocayense fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Igor Martxelin couldn't finish the play. Celestino Eleder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeo Sedeni having to interfere. The Talita fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sorocayense were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
