Spectators: 6802 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eugenio Goito kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Nikola in the 3rd minute of play forced Lozano's goalkeeper Severo Peruanton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eduardo Mingo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andres Cutberto went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Severo Peruanton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santo Manny in the 11th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Lozano's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Manny came free, but Severo Peruanton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Jonas Nikola managed to get in a good position for a shot. RIVER's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonas Nikola was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Severo Peruanton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Severo Peruanton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santo Manny in the 20th minute of the match. In the 24th minute of the match, Andres Cutberto got a very nice opportunity to score, but Eduardo Mingo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Andres Cutberto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eduardo Mingo having to make a save. Eugenio Goito received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eduardo Mingo came out and tried to block the shot, but Eugenio Goito slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 31st minute. Lozano's Andres Cutberto got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Santo Manny was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in RIVER's zone, Andres Cutberto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduardo Mingo came out of the goal and Andres Cutberto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonas Nikola who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Severo Peruanton when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 55 minutes into the game, Bernabe Guter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lozano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RIVER the free kick. Bernabe Guter hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. If Santo Manny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andres Cutberto during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 60 played minutes Lozano got a freekick which was hit by Andres Cutberto. 2-1 became the score in the 68th minute when Jonas Nikola elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Eugenio Goito took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eduardo Mingo. Eduardo Mingo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. 78 minutes into the match, Lozano's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Manny came free, but Severo Peruanton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lozano's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Santo Manny 82 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-2. In the 87th minute of the match Justo Gumaro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eduardo Mingo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 88 minutes into the game, Jonathan Jacob was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RIVER's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lozano the free kick. A collision led to RIVER getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Jonathan Jacob hit a great ball. Eduardo Mingo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andres Cutberto in the 89th minute of the match. If Eugenio Goito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lozano's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
