Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Sorocayense's Rogelio Viator started the match with a crisp pass. Eduardo Mingo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rogelio Viator's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. In the 15th play minute Rogelio Viator came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Eduardo Mingo. 1-0. 28 minutes into the match, Sorocayense's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Manny came free, but Tadeo Sedeni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Martxelin in the 30th minute of play forced RIVER's goalkeeper Eduardo Mingo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sorocayense's Tadeo Sedeni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santo Manny in the 54th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jonathan Jacob during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Siro Larra took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eduardo Mingo. RIVER's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a little luck, Sorocayense's Tadeo Sedeni got control of the ball when Jonas Nikola tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 101 played minutes, Sorocayense's Casimiro Cordaro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eduardo Mingo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sorocayense reached it.
