Spectators: 6687 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1687, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Camilo Sazon started the match with the kick off. In the 7th minute Benito Berto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omar Romero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute, Camilo Sazon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eriberto Terciero was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 13th minute Saul Leoiar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Terciero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eriberto Terciero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camilo Sazon in the 14th minute of play. mercury club aventure were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after FRANCIA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Camilo Sazon took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of FRANCIA's goalie and right to Tomas Naelio. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. FRANCIA's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Camilo Sazon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Eriberto Terciero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saul Leoiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Salvador Gaspard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Omar Romero made a huge save. Artemio Soter's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Omar Romero firmly grabbed it by the left post. Saul Leoiar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eriberto Terciero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Eriberto Terciero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camilo Sazon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Camilo Sazon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eriberto Terciero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Camilo Sazon's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Eriberto Terciero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camilo Sazon in the 42nd minute of play. Faustino Harkaitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Faustino Harkaitz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eriberto Terciero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Oscar Transito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Eriberto Terciero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Faustino Harkaitz in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eriberto Terciero saved FRANCIA from getting behind. In the 54th minute, FRANCIA's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Saul Leoiar fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Eriberto Terciero made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Camilo Sazon sent off a good shot on target. Camilo Sazon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Terciero having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, Oscar Transito notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of FRANCIA's Eriberto Terciero. Eriberto Terciero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Camilo Sazon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Oscar Transito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Oscar Transito put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Eriberto Terciero. If Ramiro Asier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. mercury club aventure's Omar Romero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Berto in the 79th minute of play. Oscar Transito charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oscar Transito the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 82 played minutes mercury club aventure got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Transito. After a defensive mix-up in FRANCIA's zone, Saul Leoiar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eriberto Terciero came out of the goal and Saul Leoiar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. mercury club aventure's Ramiro Asier got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Alberto Benvide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute, Benito Berto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Oscar Transito managed to get in a good position for a shot. mercury club aventure's supporters rose to their feet, but Oscar Transito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eriberto Terciero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Oscar Transito came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the mercury club aventure fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oscar Transito couldn't finish the play. Alberto Benvide fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Terciero having to interfere. Oscar Transito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Eriberto Terciero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The FRANCIA fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. mercury club aventure were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
