Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Flavio Eusko got the match started through his kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Celso Gomez got free with Alfredo Ramone in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Miraflores's zone, Benito Benat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonardo Castel came out of the goal and Benito Benat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tolhuin's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Flavio Eusko scored to the left of an out of position Alfredo Ramone, making the score, 1-0. Angelo Quintan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ramon Benvide sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miraflores's Leonardo Castel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Benat in the 24th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Tolhuin's goalkeeper Alfredo Ramone had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Celso Gomez. Celso Gomez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Ramone having to interfere. Roberto Natal hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Augusto Peruxu struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. A very good chance. Leonardo Castel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benito Benat, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. When Benito Benat came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Tolhuin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benito Benat couldn't finish the play.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Angelo Quintan made a kick off. Miraflores's Leonardo Castel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Quintan in the 52nd minute of play. Ciriaco Isaio's late challenge caught a Miraflores's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ciriaco Isaio helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Tolhuin's Ciriaco Isaio got a free kick in the 66th minute. Benito Benat struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Leonardo Castel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Celso Gomez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Ramone having to interfere. Alfredo Ramone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Eusko in the 96th minute of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
