The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joel Vincent helped the player get up and apologised. The tension between the Nike FC and the Chacras FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the match had been going on for 41 minutes, Chacras FC's Fabio Egun got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Alejandro Horado. Through an outstanding action, after 44 minutes, Alejandro Horado successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 48th minute Anastasio Tino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Lizardi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Isaac Jax was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Chacras FC's Ernesto Lizardi got control of the ball when Arsenio Mundo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Abel Turi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Alejandro Horado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Agustin Maties hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Isaac Jax sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arsenio Mundo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ernesto Lizardi firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Abel Turi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Leo Xabier fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nike FC's protests and gave Leo Xabier a yellow card for diving instead.
