Chacras FC's Ernesto Lizardi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Chacras FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Amuschina getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Hermengildo Aimar hit a great ball. Abel Turi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ceferino Galtero having to interfere. If Vinicio Jacindo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abel Turi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Ceferino Galtero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abel Turi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ceferino Galtero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
