Nemesio Elizardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. C.S.y D.Pinamar's Marcos Nascimento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Marino in the 7th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Luisana Lopilato F.C.'s Erasmo Garoa broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Anacleto Merexildo scored 1-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claudio Quinten, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alfonso Marino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfonso Marino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcos Nascimento read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, C.S.y D.Pinamar's Aristides Roderigo got a free kick in the 22nd minute. A collision led to C.S.y D.Pinamar getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Teo Txurio hit a great ball. Prospero Bero might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcos Nascimento. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Prospero Bero ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, C.S.y D.Pinamar's Aristides Roderigo got a free kick in the 33rd minute. C.S.y D.Pinamar's Anacleto Merexildo got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Prospero Bero took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Nascimento. Marcos Nascimento dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Marcos Nascimento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prospero Bero, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfonso Marino in the 48th minute of play forced C.S.y D.Pinamar's goalkeeper Marcos Nascimento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Prospero Bero was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Nemesio Elizardo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Nemesio Elizardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute, Dario Papo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Nemesio Elizardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the match, Nemesio Elizardo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Claudio Quinten. Luisana Lopilato F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nemesio Elizardo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Aristides Roderigo hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 76thth minute of the game Prospero Bero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.S.y D.Pinamar's Marcos Nascimento was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Anacleto Merexildo managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.S.y D.Pinamar's supporters rose to their feet, but Anacleto Merexildo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claudio Quinten breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 86th minute, Nemesio Elizardo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.S.y D.Pinamar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Nemesio Elizardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. C.S.y D.Pinamar walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
