The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 16 minutes, Flavio Iratxo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sanagasta FC and the MTD FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th match minute, Sanagasta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Iratxo to maneuver through the defense. If Isidoro Urbes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isidoro Urbes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Sanagasta FC's goalkeeper Blas Cristos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Domingo Remigio. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
