The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, C.S.y D.Pinamar's Aristides Roderigo got a free kick in the 5th minute. After a defensive mix-up in C.S.y D.Pinamar's zone, Gaudencio Truylos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Nascimento came out of the goal and Gaudencio Truylos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rafael Pueblo kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Gaudencio Truylos fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Marcos Nascimento, passed just outside the right post. Libertarios FC's Godfredo Demesio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nemesio Elizardo in the 20th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in C.S.y D.Pinamar's zone, Gaudencio Truylos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Nascimento came out of the goal and Gaudencio Truylos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gaudencio Truylos got free with Marcos Nascimento in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. C.S.y D.Pinamar's Marcos Nascimento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaudencio Truylos in the 28th minute of play. Gaudencio Truylos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Marcos Nascimento when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 37 minutes into the match, Gaudencio Truylos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Nascimento. C.S.y D.Pinamar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gaudencio Truylos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 42nd minute, Gustavo Eleder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gaudencio Truylos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gaudencio Truylos was the one to do the kick off. Anacleto Merexildos short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Godfredo Demesio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Godfredo Demesio made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Anacleto Merexildo sent off a good shot on target. Libertarios FC's Godfredo Demesio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Libertarios FC from getting a goal against them. Godfredo Demesio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nemesio Elizardo in the 60th minute of the match. Nemesio Elizardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Godfredo Demesio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the game, Anacleto Merexildo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.S.y D.Pinamar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Libertarios FC the free kick. In the 65th minute, Anacleto Merexildo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gaudencio Truylos in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcos Nascimento saved C.S.y D.Pinamar from getting behind. Anacleto Merexildo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Silverio Fonso kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Nemesio Elizardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th match minute, Libertarios FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernan Enetz to maneuver through the defense. After 87 played minutes C.S.y D.Pinamar got a freekick which was hit by Juan Estevan Verón. Libertarios FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of C.S.y D.Pinamar for a fine match.
