Emilio Dunixi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Baudelio in the 34th minute of play. Wilfredo Baudelio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nicasio Darien had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Nicasio Darien made the kick off in the second half. Emilio Dunixi didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 54th minute, which inside left pole to 2-2.
