Spectators: 6669 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Raul Distiratsu kicked off to start the match. If Rafael Burutzagi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 8 minutes into the game, Samuel Urritz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atletico Banfield's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brinkman the free kick. When Brinkman's Ariel Rivero in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Atletico Banfield's goalie prevented a goal. After 13 played minutes Brinkman got a freekick which was hit by Julian Gilen. 14 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Banfield's Santos Fe broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Raul Distiratsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atletico Banfield's zone, Julian Gilen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramiro Felipillo came out of the goal and Julian Gilen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Brinkman's Ariel Rivero in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Atletico Banfield's goalie prevented a goal. 23 minutes into the match, Raul Distiratsu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ramiro Felipillo. Club Atletico Banfield's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raul Distiratsu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 27th minute Ariel Rivero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Felipillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ramiro Felipillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ariel Rivero in the 29th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Raul Distiratsu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brinkman fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 34th minute, Jairo Gartxot fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Borys Zajonc, passed just outside the right post. In the 40thth minute of the game Raul Distiratsu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atletico Banfield's Ramiro Felipillo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 40th match minute, Club Atletico Banfield was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Urritz to maneuver through the defense. Ramiro Felipillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raul Distiratsu in the 42nd minute of the match. If Ariel Rivero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raul Distiratsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Felipillo having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jairo Gartxot stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raul Distiratsu in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ramiro Felipillo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Raul Distiratsu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 61 played minutes Brinkman got a freekick which was hit by Delmar Gipuzkoa. Brinkman's Borys Zajonc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Gartxot in the 63rd minute of play. After having played for 72 minutes, Segundo Petrigai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brinkman's supporters crossed their fingers, but Segundo Petrigai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Raul Distiratsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Felipillo having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Gartxot in the 86th minute of play forced Brinkman's goalkeeper Borys Zajonc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jairo Gartxot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Borys Zajonc having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Brinkman's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Burutzagi came free, but Borys Zajonc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ramiro Felipillo was a little too slow when Raul Distiratsu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 0-4. The Brinkman supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Brinkman would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
