Damian Lano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejo Abilio having to interfere. In the 56th minute Anibal Nicholas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabricio Presebal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Anibal Nicholas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anibal Nicholas might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabricio Presebal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anibal Nicholas ran back to his position shaking his head. 61 minutes into the match, PSI 97's goal looked a bit too open when Horacio Mitxel came free, but Fabricio Presebal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Gaspar Olivar could shoot a difficult shot in the 90th minute, which Alejo Abilio however easily saved by the left post. In the 93rdth minute of the game Anibal Nicholas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PSI 97's Fabricio Presebal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 94 minutes, Horacio Mitxel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barrancas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Horacio Mitxel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Barrancas booed when PSI 97 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto Navarro didn't get a good kick on the ball.
