Melquiades Videl came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Atletico Adamative FC's Felipe Felix. But to his dismay, Felipe Felix quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Pastor Iliana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lázaro Lain made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pastor Iliana in the 9th minute. The supporters of Mavericks booed when Atletico Adamative FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Perfecto didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Gavino Goiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 15 minutes into the match, Atletico Adamative FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gavino Goiz came free, but Lázaro Lain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Melquiades Videl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Felix in the 16th minute of the match. Rigoberto Manni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Videl having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Rigoberto Manni put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Melquiades Videl. With a little luck, Atletico Adamative FC's Lázaro Lain got control of the ball when Pastor Iliana tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lázaro Lain stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gavino Goiz's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Pastor Iliana's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Lázaro Lain firmly grabbed it by the left post. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rigoberto Manni to strike the kick off in the second half. Rigoberto Manni might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Melquiades Videl. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rigoberto Manni ran back to his position shaking his head. After 61 played minutes Felipe Felix rounded Mavericks's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. After 64 played minutes Atletico Adamative FC got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Felix. With his leg Melquiades Videl managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when Atletico Adamative FC's Rigoberto Manni fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Rigoberto Manni in the 76thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Melquiades Videl, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Felipe Felix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute Gavino Goiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lázaro Lain saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gavino Goiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lázaro Lain having to interfere. Atletico Adamative FC's Lázaro Lain played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Jorrin in the 86th minute of play. Lázaro Lain made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauricio Sanson in the 87th minute of play. In the 88th minute Gavino Goiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lázaro Lain saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gavino Goiz scored 1-3 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lázaro Lain, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Atletico Adamative FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
