The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Higinio Ubendu during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mariano Donio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jaime Bordat came out and tried to block the shot, but Mariano Donio slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 21st minute. 26 minutes into the game, Silvano Ellande was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. EL MAL DE ASIA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave joshen fiux the free kick. After 27 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for EL MAL DE ASIA! The referee gave joshen fiux a penalty, 29 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Serafin Feo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of EL MAL DE ASIA's Hugo Jaume. 1-1. Aurelio Ordono sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute of the match Serafin Feo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hugo Jaume showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jaime Bordat was out of position in the 48 minute of play, and Mario Evis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mario Evis really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

In the 54th minute, Aurelio Ordono hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hugo Jaume made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Arsenio Caton sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of EL MAL DE ASIA booed when joshen fiux was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafin Feo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 68 minutes joshen fiux's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Octavio Weather who took care of the corner kick. A very nice done corner allowed Danilo Abeitia to score against Jaime Bordat in joshen fiux's goal. 3-1 after 69 minutes. Jaime Bordat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Evis in the 79th minute of play. After some careless play in the joshen fiux defense, Mariano Donio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jaime Bordat. The joshen fiux fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jaime Bordat should have stopped the shot. In the 87th minute, Higinio Ubendu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jaime Bordat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Donio in the 92nd minute of play. Mario Evis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Jaime Bordat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. EL MAL DE ASIA's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
