Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Pascual Etxatxu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute, Paulino Koldobika got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hermengildo Frederico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pascual Etxatxu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guillon FC's Hermengildo Frederico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pascual Etxatxu in the 8th minute of play. In the 8th minute, Amancio Merexildo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute of the match Pascual Etxatxu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hermengildo Frederico showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Guillon FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Emilio Odon hit a great ball. In the 12th minute Pascual Etxatxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hermengildo Frederico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emilio Odon hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. If Pascual Etxatxu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute, Bonifacio Maurino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lion FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Hermengildo Frederico came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Lion FC's Pascual Etxatxu. But to his dismay, Pascual Etxatxu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 30th match minute, Lion FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casimiro Efren to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th match minute, Guillon FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgardo Cordarrol to maneuver through the defense. When Pascual Etxatxu came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Lion FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pascual Etxatxu couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Lion FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Pascual Etxatxu hit a great ball. The supporters of Guillon FC booed when Lion FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustin Mateo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute, Pascual Etxatxu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paulino Koldobika made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tomas Lazcano during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 56 minutes, Bonifacio Maurino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lion FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bonifacio Maurino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 60th minute, Paulino Koldobika hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 62 played minutes Lion FC got a freekick which was hit by Casimiro Efren. Emilio Odon tried in the game's 67th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Hermengildo Frederico. An annoying self made goal, 0-3. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Guillon FC's goalkeeper Hermengildo Frederico, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Paulino Koldobika fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Belmiro having to interfere. Hermengildo Frederico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albino Asier in the 75th minute of the match. With a little luck, Guillon FC's Hermengildo Frederico got control of the ball when Bonifacio Maurino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hermengildo Frederico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pascual Etxatxu in the 87th minute of play. The supporters of Lion FC booed when Guillon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Lazcano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th minute, Lion FC's Bonifacio Maurino dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. Paulino Koldobika scored 1-4 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Diego Belmiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match was over Lion FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Guillon FC throughout the match.
