When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Pascual Etxatxu took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Adolfo Alvarez to make any attempt to save it. Diego Belmiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliberto Montrell, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Lion FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernabe Sergi came free, but Diego Belmiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Bernabe Sergi made the kick off in the second half. Pascual Etxatxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 61 minutes of play, Lion FC's Bonifacio Maurino made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adolfo Alvarez was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 63rd match minute, Lion FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paolo Domenec to maneuver through the defense. Diego Belmiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernabe Sergi, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Bernabe Sergi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Diego Belmiro. That made the score 3-1 in the 66 minute of play. After having played for 78 minutes, Pascual Etxatxu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lion FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pascual Etxatxu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lion FC's Diego Belmiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Lion FC from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Pascual Etxatxu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lion FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pascual Etxatxu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adolfo Alvarez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Guillermo Betadur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 89 minutes into the match, Magia & Locura's goal looked a bit too open when Pascual Etxatxu came free, but Adolfo Alvarez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the game, Ramon Acuña was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Magia & Locura's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lion FC the free kick. A collision led to Magia & Locura getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Ramon Acuña hit a great ball. Diego Belmiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernabe Sergi in the 96th minute of play. 97 minutes into the game, Magia & Locura's Feliberto Montrell nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Diego Belmiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2.
