In the 8th minute, Angel Cilio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Serafino Rencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregorio Elizardo in the 13th minute of the match. If Eliseo Pueblo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the game, Guillermo Eleazar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Jimeno Faro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Guillermo Eleazar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Jimeno Faro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jimeno Faro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodoro Nesto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute, Eliseo Pueblo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gorina AFC's goalkeeper Jimeno Faro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guillermo Eleazar got free with Jimeno Faro in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gregorio Elizardo might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Serafino Rencio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gregorio Elizardo ran back to his position shaking his head. LOS PIBES FC's Serafino Rencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregorio Elizardo in the 37th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Gorina AFC's Gregorio Elizardo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Serafino Rencio narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

Marciano Berto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Faro having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Teodoro Nesto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jimeno Faro. Gorina AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teodoro Nesto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Teodoro Nesto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Jimeno Faro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 73 minutes, Gregorio Elizardo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gorina AFC and the LOS PIBES FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of LOS PIBES FC booed when Gorina AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregorio Elizardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jimeno Faro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Nesto in the 77th minute of the match. Guillermo Eleazar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guillermo Eleazar in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jimeno Faro saved Gorina AFC from getting behind. 89 minutes into the match, Gorina AFC's Eliseo Pueblo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Serafino Rencio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jimeno Faro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Nesto, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 93rd minute, Gregorio Elizardo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Serafino Rencio, passed just outside the right post. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. LOS PIBES FC had won after a very even match.
