Spectators: 7351 (Terracing: 5514, Seating: 1690, VIP seats: 147) Pascual Etxatxu made the kick off and thus started the match. Pascual Etxatxu hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute, Felipe Ibon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Cristo Bizi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the game, Evelio Bazil cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Diego Belmiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 15 minutes of play, Lion FC's Guillermo Betadur made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tiburcio Precioso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tiburcio Precioso came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Lion FC's Bonifacio Maurino. But to his dismay, Bonifacio Maurino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Diego Belmiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alonzo Azibar in the 24th minute of the match. Diego Belmiro made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Cristo Bizi sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Saladillo booed when Lion FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paolo Domenec didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute of the match Romeo Pitin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Diego Belmiro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Lion FC's Diego Belmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alonzo Azibar in the 29th minute of play. Pascual Etxatxu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Tiburcio Precioso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Saladillo's goal looked a bit too open when Bonifacio Maurino came free, but Tiburcio Precioso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute Pascual Etxatxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiburcio Precioso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pascual Etxatxu succeeded in the game's 40th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. After having played for 47 minutes, Pascual Etxatxu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lion FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pascual Etxatxu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After taking down the ball on Saladillo's corner Romeo Pitin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Diego Belmiro quite easily take care of the ball. Guillermo Betadur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 58 minutes into the match, Lion FC's Pascual Etxatxu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tiburcio Precioso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Bonifacio Maurino came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Lion FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bonifacio Maurino couldn't finish the play. Tiburcio Precioso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albino Asier in the 62nd minute of play. Lion FC's Diego Belmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alonzo Azibar in the 68th minute of play. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Saladillo's goalkeeper Tiburcio Precioso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Bonifacio Maurino came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Lion FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bonifacio Maurino couldn't finish the play. Tiburcio Precioso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pascual Etxatxu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute, Bonifacio Maurino reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tiburcio Precioso. The goal made the score 1-4. After a rather tough play, Lion FC's Albino Asier got a free kick in the 79th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Saladillo's goalkeeper Tiburcio Precioso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pascual Etxatxu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pascual Etxatxu in the 84th minute of play forced Saladillo's goalkeeper Tiburcio Precioso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute, Bonifacio Maurino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Pascual Etxatxu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lion FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pascual Etxatxu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiburcio Precioso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Guillermo Betadur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiburcio Precioso having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Pascual Etxatxu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
