Rosendo Lucian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Lop in the 23rd minute of play forced Panacón AFC's goalkeeper Rosendo Lucian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rosendo Lucian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pablo Lop in the 27th minute of the match. Panacón AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jacinto Nataniel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0.

Rosendo Lucian didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pablo Lop went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Braulio Etxekopar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Rosendo Lucian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rosendo Lucian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo Lop, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. When Benigno Quexal fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Panacón AFC's protests and gave Benigno Quexal a yellow card for diving instead. Hipolito Tabor hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Braulio Etxekopar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rosendo Lucian was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Jacinto Nataniel charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. If Braulio Etxekopar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Braulio Etxekopar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rosendo Lucian having to make a save. In the 96th minute, Pablo Lop got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ALMIRANTE BROWN fans cheered their team off the field, for while Panacón AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
