Caldao's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matias Hondo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Perchel FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Romeo Ubendu hit a great ball. Celso Hotz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bonifacio Panfilo in the 8th minute of play. Delmar Abechuco charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Delmar Abechuco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Delmar Abechuco kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. If Braulio Jobo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Damaso Chorache kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Mateo Santana charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mateo Santana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Moises Hanni hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bonifacio Panfilo in the 40th minute of play forced Caldao's goalkeeper Celso Hotz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bonifacio Panfilo to strike the kick off in the second half. Silvestre Izel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silvestre Izel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Silvestre Izel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Braulio Jobo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Celso Hotz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Braulio Jobo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Celso Hotz. Caldao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Braulio Jobo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After 69 played minutes Caldao got a freekick which was hit by Roque Txanton. Mateo Frasco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvestre Izel, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. When Matias Hondo came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Caldao fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matias Hondo couldn't finish the play. Silvestre Izel struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Mateo Frasco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caldao. Victor Piorno hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Javier Lorencio during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Perchel FC booed when Caldao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javier Lorencio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th minute, Igor Natanael sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Caldao's Celso Hotz didn't even have to move. In the 96th minute Silvestre Izel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Frasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Perchel FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
