The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 played minutes Toay got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Lope. After 9 played minutes Matadores de Pilar got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Magnin. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Toay's goalkeeper Basilio Mambru, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Javi García received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Basilio Mambru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20thth minute of the game Javi García who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Toay's Basilio Mambru was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 22 minutes into the game, Javi García lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Basilio Mambru. 26 minutes into the match, Miguel Benvido dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Basilio Mambru, 2-0. In the 30th match minute, Matadores de Pilar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Benvido to maneuver through the defense. After 39 played minutes Javi García rounded Toay's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 4-0. 45 minutes into the game, Miguel Benvido cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Basilio Mambru was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Javi García was the one to do the kick off. Basilio Mambru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Javi García in the 52nd minute of play. Román Martinez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Javi García recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee ended the match the Matadores de Pilar players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
