Geronimo Lizbeth made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Geronimo Lizbeth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clodoveo Orlan in the 13th minute of play. Apolo Olo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Salomone in the 15th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, RACING CLUB's Delmar Senon got a free kick in the 15th minute. After 20 minutes, Cristian Obeko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Intiyaco FC and the RACING CLUB players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th minute, Cristian Obeko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Clodoveo Orlan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Intiyaco FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 26th minute. Penalty! Godfredo Joseph shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. 33 minutes into the match, Cipriano Baladi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Apolo Olo. RACING CLUB's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cipriano Baladi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Enrique Gagriel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Geronimo Lizbeth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastian Salomone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apolo Olo having to interfere. Cipriano Baladi scored 1-2 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Apolo Olo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Salvador Rodas charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Salvador Rodas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Intiyaco FC's Salvador Rodas got a free kick in the 57th minute. Intiyaco FC's Salvador Rodas got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Apolo Olo came out of the goal and Cipriano Baladi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Geronimo Lizbeth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Gagriel in the 74th minute of the match. Baldomero Loi's late challenge caught a RACING CLUB's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baldomero Loi helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Intiyaco FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Baldomero Loi hit a great ball. 82 minutes into the game, RACING CLUB's Clodoveo Orlan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Geronimo Lizbeth made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Gagriel in the 88th minute of play forced Intiyaco FC's goalkeeper Geronimo Lizbeth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
