Cayetano Oso kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. With a little luck, MaTeDu FC's Alberto Furtado got control of the ball when Enrique Gagriel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Denis Favila charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Denis Favila the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 18th match minute, MaTeDu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denis Favila to maneuver through the defense. Clodoveo Orlan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Furtado having to interfere. Enrique Gagriel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alberto Furtado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Enrique Gagriel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 32 minutes, Jesus Eztebe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MaTeDu FC and the RACING CLUB players grew even worse after the yellow card. MaTeDu FC:s Alberto Furtado showed great skill when he stopped Godfredo Joseph:s penalty. 36 minutes into the game, Godfredo Joseph was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RACING CLUB's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MaTeDu FC the free kick. After 36 played minutes RACING CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Godfredo Joseph. Apolo Olo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cayetano Oso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Orlondo might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Apolo Olo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dante Orlondo ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpected shot in the 46th minute by Enrique Gagriel got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Clodoveo Orlan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, MaTeDu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Clodoveo Orlan came free, but Alberto Furtado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. MaTeDu FC's Denis Favila got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Apolo Olo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dante Orlondo went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet as MaTeDu FC's Dante Orlondo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Apolo Olo. That made the score 0-2 after 74 minutes of play. 80 minutes into the game, Cayetano Oso recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Apolo Olo. Cayetano Oso showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. After a rather tough play, RACING CLUB's Celestino Nafarroa got a free kick in the 85th minute. Dante Orlondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 96 minutes into the match, MaTeDu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Gagriel came free, but Alberto Furtado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
