The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Rosario P.B.. After 8 minutes, Emanuel Ospetsu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rosario P.B. and the Fortuna FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Rosario P.B.'s Emanuel Ospetsu got a free kick in the 9th minute. Prudencio Arias charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Prudencio Arias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th minute, Prudencio Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emanuel Ospetsu got his second yellow card in the match during the 17th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Rosario P.B.'s Emanuel Ospetsu got a free kick in the 17th minute. Celestino Raulo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severo Lore, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Rosario P.B.'s goal looked a bit too open when Severo Lore came free, but Celestino Raulo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Rosario P.B.'s goalkeeper Celestino Raulo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rosendo Obeko. Ermegildo Beila could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Celestino Raulo made a huge save. In the 34th minute, Prudencio Arias ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isidoro Froylan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 38 minutes into the game, Hernan Panfilo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rosario P.B.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fortuna FC the free kick. After 39 played minutes Rosario P.B. got a freekick which was hit by Hernan Panfilo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Prudencio Arias in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isidoro Froylan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Prudencio Arias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Isidoro Froylan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Prudencio Arias made a kick off. When Mauricio Beti fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fortuna FC's protests and gave Mauricio Beti a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Fortuna FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Mauricio Beti hit a great ball. Celestino Raulo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rosendo Obeko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Prudencio Arias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Isidoro Froylan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Prudencio Arias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isidoro Froylan was out of position in the 67 minute of play, and Prudencio Arias capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Prudencio Arias really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Isidoro Froylan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aldo Castel went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Celestino Raulo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rosendo Obeko, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Mauricio Beti kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Isidoro Froylan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amancio Ganix in the 87th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, Fortuna FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Castel came free, but Isidoro Froylan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Aldo Castel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rosario P.B.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Aldo Castel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isidoro Froylan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Baltasar Bidari's late challenge caught a Rosario P.B.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baltasar Bidari helped the player get up and apologised. The Fortuna FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Rosario P.B. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
