Fortuna FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Severo Lore was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomás Gaizkine breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ermegildo Beila charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Severo Lore made a kick off. Ernesto Milio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Isidoro Froylan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute Atilano Mateus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidoro Froylan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claraz's Ricardo Lucian was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Isidoro Froylan in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Fortuna FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
