Ceferino Hori sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Inocencio Palban stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dante Orlo hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Junín FC's Adrian Onofre got control of the ball when Inocencio Palban tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 65th minute, Gavino Esquipula hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Ledesma in the 67th minute of play forced Cubanea's goalkeeper Bruno Quinito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ceferino Hori had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eleuterio Garikoitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Quinito having to interfere. In the 77thth minute of the game Inocencio Palban who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Junín FC's Adrian Onofre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With an all-out effort, Cubanea's Adrian Onofre threw himself towards the right post 79 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Inocencio Palban, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Junín FC's Adrian Onofre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inocencio Palban in the 83rd minute of play. Ceferino Hori received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Bruno Quinito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Junín FC booed when Cubanea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Damario didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bruno Quinito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eleuterio Garikoitz in the 89th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Ceferino Hori made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Quinito. Cubanea's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 99th minute, Inocencio Palban got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
