With an extended leg and a bit of luck Atilano Rivas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 17 minutes, Rodrigo Prejun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the eduarden and the Lugones FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 18th minute, Rodrigo Prejun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Tomas Romo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Atilano Rivas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hipolito Lekubegi in the 21st minute of the match. Atilano Rivas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Romo's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Atilano Rivas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hipolito Lekubegi in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Atilano Rivas saved eduarden from getting behind. Atilano Rivas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Romo, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After 33 minutes of play, Lugones FC's Maximiliano Romero made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Atilano Rivas was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Hipolito Lekubegi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Olivar in the 38th minute of play forced eduarden's goalkeeper Atilano Rivas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the final whistle sounded Lugones FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than eduarden.
