After 9 played minutes Ballesteros AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ciriaco Caetano. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ballesteros AFC's goalkeeper Teofilo Sustrai, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 15 played minutes Ballesteros AFC got a freekick which was hit by Filomeno Txordon. If Adrian Baldovino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Teofilo Sustrai stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maximiliano Tauro's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Teofilo Sustrai came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Speedo Bois's Maximiliano Tauro. But to his dismay, Maximiliano Tauro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Speedo Bois's zone, Rosendo Garaona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saverio Petrigai came out of the goal and Rosendo Garaona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Saverio Petrigai was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Gerardo Medina capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gerardo Medina really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. The supporters of Speedo Bois booed when Ballesteros AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciriaco Caetano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adrian Baldovino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Teofilo Sustrai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Tauro in the 44th minute of play forced Ballesteros AFC's goalkeeper Teofilo Sustrai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Maximiliano Tauro to make the kick off. Maximiliano Tauro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofilo Sustrai having to interfere. When Maximiliano Tauro came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Speedo Bois fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximiliano Tauro couldn't finish the play. Raul Beltza hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute, Adrian Baldovino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maximiliano Tauro in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teofilo Sustrai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Teofilo Sustrai made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adrian Baldovino in the 73rd minute. In the 85th minute Feliciano Cilio suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. In the 86th match minute, Ballesteros AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raul Beltza to maneuver through the defense. 88 minutes into the match, Ballesteros AFC's goalkeeper Teofilo Sustrai had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adrian Baldovino. Adrian Baldovino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Teofilo Sustrai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
