Romeo Hurko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Francis, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The audience was convinced that Florencio Francis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Romeo Hurko was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Deportivo Requecho's Romeo Hurko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florencio Francis in the 35th minute of play. Tablada AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florencio Francis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leandro Barea to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leandro Barea in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gaspar Vela saved Tablada AFC from getting behind. In the 68th minute, Hipolito Terciero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 72 minutes, Siro Domingues managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tablada AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Siro Domingues was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cristian Dominguez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. After some careless play in the Deportivo Requecho defense, Siro Domingues kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Romeo Hurko. The Deportivo Requecho fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Romeo Hurko should have stopped the shot. If Siro Domingues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Deportivo Requecho getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Geronimo Lorencio hit a great ball. When the referee ended the match the Tablada AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
