If Pablo Regis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 13 played minutes Tabaquillo got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Danel. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Blas Inko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cotolengos F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Blas Inko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lázaro Milio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Erubiel Vistruario kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Blas Inko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Lázaro Milio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pablo Regis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 34 minutes into the game, Prospero Manuelo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Gabriel Hugo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Tabaquillo's zone, Pablo Regis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lázaro Milio came out of the goal and Pablo Regis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pablo Regis to strike the kick off in the second half. Prospero Manuelo scored 2-0 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gabriel Hugo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lázaro Milio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Regis in the 55th minute of play. If Pablo Regis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pablo Regis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lázaro Milio came out and tried to block the shot, but Pablo Regis slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 60th minute. Pablo Regis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Blas Inko struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Lázaro Milio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cotolengos F.C.. Prospero Manuelo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gabriel Hugo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Pablo Regis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 85 played minutes Tabaquillo got a freekick which was hit by Claudio Senio. In the 89th minute Pablo Regis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lázaro Milio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lázaro Milio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Blas Inko in the 90th minute. Blas Inko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lázaro Milio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. A collision led to Tabaquillo getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Manuel Cidro hit a great ball.
