Marcial Abalos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Elias Ledesma might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silvano Roldanillo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elias Ledesma ran back to his position shaking his head. Sixto Onbera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 9th minute, Martin Azibar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 12 minutes into the match, Sixto Onbera dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of David Romano, 1-0. David Romano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixto Onbera in the 18th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Martin Foro during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Martin Foro hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Lafontaine FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Haroldo Mancio in the 23rd minute. Lafontaine FC's Haroldo Mancio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Silvano Roldanillo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 26th minute Marcial Abalos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Roldanillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Tronco FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Martin Foro hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the match, Lafontaine FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Clemencin came free, but David Romano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Romano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixto Onbera, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvio Liberto during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 31 played minutes Lafontaine FC got a freekick which was hit by Silvio Liberto. Danilo Firmin kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, Lafontaine FC's Elias Ledesma sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Silvano Roldanillo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Marcial Abalos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elias Ledesma stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Martin Foro was shown his second yellow card after 57 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Tronco FC's Martin Foro got a free kick in the 58th minute. Elias Ledesma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Silvano Roldanillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute Elias Ledesma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Roldanillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Vladimiro Clemencin came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Tronco FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vladimiro Clemencin couldn't finish the play. Vladimiro Clemencin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Marcial Abalos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Efrain Igon fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tronco FC's protests and gave Efrain Igon a yellow card for diving instead. Marcial Abalos came free with the goalkeeper in the 80th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Silvano Roldanillo could save by the left post. In the 81st minute, Vladimiro Clemencin fired away a free kick at the goal, but hit it at the wrong angle and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Lafontaine FC's Romulo Isadore got a free kick in the 90th minute. David Romano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimiro Clemencin in the 95th minute of the match. Tronco FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
