Jacobo Aresti was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mario Abaurre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Herminio Olayo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonatan Urbes scored 1-3 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jacobo Aresti, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Serafino Fix got free with Jacobo Aresti in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Serafino Fix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
