Spectators: 5710 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1200, VIP seats: 10) After a defensive mix-up in Matuka's zone, Saverio Lizer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patricio Ekain came out of the goal and Saverio Lizer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Casimiro Pabla kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. The long shot by Gilberto Canor in the 8th minute really tested Patricio Ekain's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Esteve Bide struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Patricio Ekain didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Crow Nest. In the 12th minute, Crow Nest's Saverio Lizer dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Saverio Lizer might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Patricio Ekain. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Saverio Lizer ran back to his position shaking his head. When Carlos Aurken came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Matuka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Aurken couldn't finish the play. Carlos Aurken sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 34 minutes into the game, Carlos Aurken cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Fabio Casado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Saverio Lizer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patricio Ekain having to interfere. Matuka's Patricio Ekain played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteve Bide in the 44th minute of play. Saverio Lizer's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Patricio Ekain firmly grabbed it by the left post. After the first half Matuka were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Esteve Bide to strike the kick off in the second half. Casimiro Pabla charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Casimiro Pabla the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Saverio Lizer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carlos Aurken's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 61stth minute, Fabio Casado skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Saverio Lizer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saverio Lizer in the 66th minute of play forced Matuka's goalkeeper Patricio Ekain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Matuka's Casimiro Pabla got a free kick in the 67th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Crow Nest's Gilberto Canor tried to score from far away in the 68th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Victoriano Paublo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 78 minutes of play, Matuka's Carlos Aurken made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabio Casado was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 86th minute Esteve Bide shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Ekain saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Esteve Bide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Aurken kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Saverio Lizer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Matuka walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
