If Florencio Chuan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezequiel Lauaxeta in the 8th minute of play forced BOCLOP's goalkeeper Gogo Lander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Ezequiel Lauaxeta dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gogo Lander, 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, Lugones's goal looked a bit too open when Florencio Chuan came free, but Gilberto Montxo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gogo Lander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezequiel Lauaxeta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gilberto Montxo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romulo Egun in the 20th minute of the match. Romulo Egun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Gilberto Montxo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gilberto Montxo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Chuan in the 24th minute of play. After having played for 30 minutes, Ezequiel Lauaxeta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lugones's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ezequiel Lauaxeta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Romulo Egun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Montxo having to interfere. Cirilo Ovando charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cirilo Ovando the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 34th match minute, Lugones was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cirilo Ovando to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute, Arturo Machado sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Lugones's Gilberto Montxo didn't even have to move. Florencio Chuan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gilberto Montxo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Chuan in the 40th minute of play. Romulo Egun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Gilberto Montxo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romulo Egun succeeded in the game's 46th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Romulo Egun made the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes of play, Lugones's Ezequiel Lauaxeta made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gogo Lander was left in no man's land by his defense there! Florencio Chuan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Montxo having to interfere. BOCLOP's Florencio Chuan got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ezequiel Lauaxeta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Gogo Lander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arturo Machado hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ezequiel Lauaxeta in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gogo Lander prevented the ball from getting in the gole. BOCLOP's Romulo Egun got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Florencio Chuan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gilberto Montxo. That made the score 2-2 in the 80 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Lugones's Melquiades Felo got a free kick in the 84th minute. BOCLOP's Arturo Machado couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 85th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Lugones. Romulo Egun struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Gilberto Montxo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BOCLOP. Oscar Ebardo hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Gilberto Montxo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romulo Egun in the 91st minute of the match. With a little luck, Lugones's Gilberto Montxo got control of the ball when Florencio Chuan tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the BOCLOP players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
