Ismael Derwin charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Daniel Hug showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Daniel Hug made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardino Etxeberri in the 10th minute of play. Daniel Hug showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saverio Lonzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Daniel Hug took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardino Etxeberri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute Mateo Ikatz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Hug saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Lucio Olivar took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Cipriano Sauveur to make any attempt to save it. 34 minutes into the match, Dani y Karen's goalkeeper Cipriano Sauveur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucio Olivar. Daniel Hug showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mateo Ikatz, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 40th minute, Lucio Olivar fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Cipriano Sauveur, passed just outside the right post. Fermin Bastian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Cipriano Sauveur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dani y Karen's Cipriano Sauveur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Dani y Karen from getting a goal against them. Daniel Hug made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardino Etxeberri in the 49th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

1-2 became the score in the 53rd minute when Bernardino Etxeberri elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Lucio Olivar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cipriano Sauveur was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Lucio Olivar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cipriano Sauveur having to interfere. Pichanal's Fermin Bastian got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dani y Karen's Valentin Eguen shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 68th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Daniel Hug but with some difficulty. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anacleto Mikelats during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 69 played minutes Pichanal got a freekick which was hit by Anacleto Mikelats. The audience held their breath when Mateo Ikatz in the 70th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Daniel Hug's left hand side. Pichanal's Daniel Hug proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Pichanal from getting a goal against them. In the 74th match minute, Dani y Karen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saverio Lonzo to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucio Olivar in the 77th minute of play forced Dani y Karen's goalkeeper Cipriano Sauveur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Fermin Bastian came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Pichanal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fermin Bastian couldn't finish the play. In the 87th minute, Braulio Kimetz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Daniel Hug was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Fermin Bastian managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pichanal's supporters rose to their feet, but Fermin Bastian was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cipriano Sauveur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniel Hug took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardino Etxeberri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
