Benjamin Claus blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Samuel Abascal having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonas Eliazar in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Samuel Abascal saved Nirihau from getting behind. Patricio Jakes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The nice shot from Cleto Jerano in the 23rdth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Eustaquio Gumaro had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Patricio Jakes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Ledesma's Venancio Urdin got a free kick in the 26th minute. Cleto Jerano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benjamin Claus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Samuel Abascal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ledesma's Jonas Eliazar, in the 33rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Ledesma. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Claus in the 34th minute of play forced Nirihau's goalkeeper Samuel Abascal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Nirihau's Patricio Jakes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eustaquio Gumaro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ledesma's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Albino Boni was slow to take the kick. During this time Nirihau's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Albino Boni almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ledesma's Eustaquio Gumaro did a great save. An unexpected shot in the 40th minute by Cleto Jerano got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Fernan Ganix's late challenge caught a Ledesma's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernan Ganix helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Nirihau getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Fernan Ganix hit a great ball. Benjamin Claus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Samuel Abascal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonas Eliazar to make the kick off. If Patricio Jakes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 64th minute by Jonas Eliazar got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Benjamin Claus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ledesma's supporters rose to their feet, but Benjamin Claus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Samuel Abascal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eustaquio Gumaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cleto Jerano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Benjamin Claus came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Ledesma fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamin Claus couldn't finish the play. Jonas Eliazar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Samuel Abascal having to make a save. Cleto Jerano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benjamin Claus took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Samuel Abascal. Samuel Abascal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2.
