Luciano Su fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopoldo Cresitobalo having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Culoncitos.F.C's Robustiano Dayam sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leopoldo Cresitobalo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Corrientes Fútbol Club's Leopoldo Cresitobalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Bembe in the 41st minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Culoncitos.F.C's Luciano Su slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leopoldo Cresitobalo. That made the score 1-0 after 48 minutes of play. The wind increased when Gilberto Rutenio made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Corrientes Fútbol Club booed when Culoncitos.F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luciano Su didn't get a good kick on the ball. 58 minutes into the game, Luciano Su cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Leopoldo Cresitobalo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gonzalo Savier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Eladio having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Enrique Esiquio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Culoncitos.F.C's Mario Bembe got a free kick in the 68th minute. If Luciano Su had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Mario Bembe came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Culoncitos.F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mario Bembe couldn't finish the play. 77 minutes into the match, Luciano Su notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Corrientes Fútbol Club's Leopoldo Cresitobalo. Leopoldo Cresitobalo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
